Established in 2000, DCA Recruitment has been placing candidates in permanent and temporary assignments within the Godalming and Guildford area.

We concentrate on office support roles i.e. Administration, Secretarial, Customer Services, Accounts and Sales roles.

Not all agencies are the same and we are different in many ways:

• Other recruitment agencies operate commission structures for their staff. This can mean the consultant is on a "target" to obtain placements. At DCA Recruitment we do not employ these sales methods.
