Prior to submitting candidates for permanent assignments, we always conduct an in-depth interview at our Godalming office.
Candidates are then contacted and fully briefed with vacancy information to ensure their interest before CVs are submitted to the client and considered for interview.
We liaise with the Resourcing Manager and applicants throughout the whole process, obtaining feedback from candidates to keep you fully informed. At DCA you will always have a consultant to speak to at every stage of the recruitment process.
When an offer has been made we will manage the whole process for you. We have procedures in place for making job offers and also for contacting unsuccessful applicants.
Our professional approach to matching candidates to vacancies ensures we have an excellent rate of successful placements. We develop strong relationships with our clients due to our proven ability to provide first-rate candidates. This is why companies repeatedly choose DCA for their recruitment needs.

What do you like about permanent recruitment?
There is nothing better than helping a candidate find the job they have been looking for and knowing you have made a difference.
We adhere to 'The Code of Good Recruitment Practice', outlined by The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). The code was developed to ensure jobseekers and employers receive the highest recruitment standards. We have attended training courses run by the REC, including seminars on employment law and advanced interviewing techniques.
