We pride ourselves at DCA on successfully placing excellent temporary staff within a short time scale.

Having obtained a job description from the client, we aim to confirm temporary staff bookings within an hour.

We have an up to-date database of experienced candidates that we have interviewed and obtained references for. Many candidates have a flexible approach to work and can often work at short notice.

All candidates are given a 'Temporary Workers Pack', which includes their 'Terms of Engagement', details regarding their assignment and relevant information about the company.

Clients always have a point of contact at DCA and are able to discuss any aspect of the recruitment process with one of our consultants at any time. Your consultant will make a quality check call or email on the morning of each assignment to make sure everything is going as planned.

The code was developed to ensure jobseekers and employers receive the highest recruitment standards. We have attended training courses run by the REC, including seminars on employment law and advanced interviewing techniques.
